5. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change
• Digital products and coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase
• If you are unsatisfied with a program, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to find a resolution

6. Coaching Tool

Our digital coaching tool is powered by artificial intelligence and is designed to provide general guidance based on established tinnitus habituation methods. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Use the tool at your own discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, videos, logos, and software — is the property of Tinnitus.Health and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate others through our coaching tool

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program: Get Back To Quiet / Tinnitus.Health text messages from Dan Plants (Catalyva LLC). When you opt in through a form on our websites, we send you the free guide you requested (for example the Tinnitus Sleep Protocol or the Healing Tinnitus book), followed by occasional tinnitus tips and offers for our paid coaching call and program.

Frequency: Message frequency varies; typically up to 8 messages in the first week after you opt in, then occasional messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Help: Reply HELP for help, or email dplants99@gmail.com.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By submitting a form with your mobile number you agree to receive these messages.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.

Privacy: Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
